About The Position
David J. Frank Landscape Contracting is seeking a Branch Manager to lead production and sales in our branch office in the Madison area. The successful candidate will grow this branch with their strategy, direction, and vision while maintaining a positive corporate culture and high customer satisfaction. This role involves nurturing a positive corporate culture to retain, develop, attract, and motivate high performers, and creating a great place to work. The branch manager will grow the branch's profitability and value, determine its direction and growth, and identify strategic opportunities for future growth, anticipating trends and obstacles, and overcoming operational challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a landscape maintenance branch manager.
- Proven track record of success in all aspects of branch management including operations, management of the Team, contracts and resources, accounting, P&L, and sales.
- Strong computer, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Driver's License with a responsible driving record.
Nice To Haves
- A 4-year degree relating to landscape is preferred.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish is a plus!

- Maintain customer relations with owners, property managers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare proposals and sell services.

- Hire, train, develop, manage, and make assignments for employees.
- Manage all resources in a safe, cost-effective manner.
