About The Position

World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support to multiple branches within an assigned region. The role leads by example to help branch teams deliver excellent customer service, maintain compliance, and achieve performance goals wherever coverage is needed. It requires daily travel between assigned branches and bank deposits using reliable transportation. Authorized travel time is compensated under company policy, including overtime calculations where applicable, and business mileage in a personal vehicle is reimbursed, excluding normal commuting. Coverage areas can be discussed with the hiring manager. The salary range is $36,000–$45,000, with a bonus opportunity. Provide onsite management coverage and operational leadership across multiple assigned branches.
