SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background. A credit report may be reviewed, excluding the credit score, and additional ongoing screening may apply. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Branch placements depend on timing, resource needs, and availability. The listed base pay range is $37.50–$67.31; pay may vary based on factors including prior performance, skills, experience, and work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. The posting end date is November 12, 2026, though the posting may be removed earlier due to applicant volume.
