About The Position

Greenix is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly motivated Branch Manager to help lead its Green Bay branch. The manager leads by example, demonstrates how work should be done, and supports the team and the expansion and success of the business. The role oversees branch operations and works closely with employees to ensure effective operations and timely, high-quality service for customers.

The position includes completing routes when employees call off, handling office duties on Mondays and Fridays, and spending full days in the field with team members.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Pest control experience.
• Experience with reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team works effectively, operates proficiently, and maintains World Class Service.
• Work closely with branch employees to ensure quality, timely work is delivered to every customer.
• Oversee branch operations, including training, compliance, human resource activities, and sales.
• Take a hands-on approach and contribute to the expansion and success of the business.
• Complete routes when employees call off.
• Perform office duties on Monday and Friday.
• Perform full-day visits with team members in the field.
