About The Position

As a Branch Manager at SIXT, you lead a team, manage the vehicle fleet, and ensure top-quality customer service. You oversee budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, with responsibility for increasing revenue and profitability. The role offers an annual salary of at least $72,000–$77,000 plus a $37,500 bonus, as well as a company car and development opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales and customer service experience for junior level, or 3 years for senior level, plus 2 years in a supervisory role; alternatively, 5 years of work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental, or relevant experience.
Good supervisory skills and strong communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized with excellent customer service skills.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to work day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

Manage budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches to increase revenue and profitability.
Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings.
Recruit team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in recruitment.
Manage the vehicle fleet and operational tasks, including health and safety, corporate CI, and defleets; delegate tasks to support efficient workflows.
Promote a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes.
