About The Position

CarHop Auto Sales & Finance is hiring experienced leaders for a training role that prepares them to run their own branch. Trainees work alongside an established Branch Manager to learn the business, including sales, inventory, lending, hiring, and coaching, before taking ownership of a location’s results. Most trainees are promoted within six or more months. The role is listed as 30 hours per week and pays $30 per hour. The company has nearly 30 locations across 11 states.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to relocate when promoted.
• Ability to travel to other stores for training.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside an established Branch Manager to learn how to run the business.
• Learn and participate in sales, inventory, lending, hiring, and coaching.
• After training, take ownership of the results of an assigned location.
