About The Position

CarHop Auto Sales & Finance is growing, with nearly 30 locations in 11 states, and is training experienced leaders to run their own branch. As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will work alongside an established Branch Manager to learn the business—including sales, inventory, lending, hiring, and coaching—before taking ownership of your own location’s results. Most trainees are promoted within six months (the posting states “within 6 months plus months”). Branch Managers earn $65,000–$75,000 and are eligible for quarterly bonuses. The company reports that 60% of its Branch Managers were promoted internally and cites 90% CEO approval on Glassdoor. Stores are closed Sundays and close at 6 PM, or 5 PM on Saturdays. The role requires willingness to relocate upon promotion and travel to other stores for training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
