About The Position

CarHop Auto Sales & Finance is hiring experienced leaders to train for the role of running their own branch. The trainee works alongside an established Branch Manager to learn the full range of branch operations, including sales, inventory, lending, hiring, and coaching, before taking ownership of a location’s results. Most trainees are promoted within six months. Promotion requires willingness to relocate. CarHop has nearly 30 locations across 11 states.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion.
• Ability to travel to other stores for training.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside an established Branch Manager to learn branch operations.
• Learn and develop skills in sales, inventory, lending, hiring, and coaching.
• After training and promotion, take ownership of the results of a branch location.
• Travel to other stores for training.
