About The Position

The Branch Director of Personal Care Services will lead and manage all branch operations to achieve service, quality, and financial goals. This role involves overseeing branch performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, payroll, billing, and financial reporting. The Director will ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners. Additionally, they will recruit, hire, develop, and lead office and caregiving staff, manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and human resources activities. The position requires maintaining high standards of care and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, leading quality improvement initiatives, and facilitating branch performance and compliance meetings. The Director will also support business development efforts, partner with sales teams to grow referral relationships, and develop and implement programs that meet the needs of clients and referral partners. Fostering a positive team culture and driving employee engagement and accountability are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required
• Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred
