Branch Champion
About The Position
The Branch Champion works alongside branch leadership to support the branch team and achieve branch goals. Under the guidance of the VP Branch Leader, this role supports daily operations, promotes excellent member experiences, and helps ensure alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance standards. The position involves coaching and encouraging branch staff and helping the team meet sales, service, financial performance, and branch goals. The Branch Champion also serves members directly as needed, including assisting with consumer loans, second position mortgages, new accounts, deposits, and teller services.
Requirements
- Two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Banking, credit union, or financial institution experience.
- Lending experience.
Responsibilities

- Coach, mentor, and encourage branch staff.
