Job Purpose What you will do... Manage the branch's daily general functions such as vehicles, petty cash, billing, etc Assist the Branch Manager with payroll, employee files, benefit enrollments, new hire paperwork Responsible for ordering parts, meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department, as well as accurate inventory accounting. Other administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong background in basic accounting
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 2-3 years experience in related field focused on AP/Invoice processing
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with construction parts/equipment, an asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage the branch's daily general functions such as vehicles, petty cash, billing, etc
  • Assist the Branch Manager with payroll, employee files, benefit enrollments, new hire paperwork
  • Responsible for ordering parts, meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department, as well as accurate inventory accounting.
