About The Position

This key position is responsible for providing support to multiple teams in the office. The Branch Administrator is in a unique position to help monitor and manage the miscellaneous branch operating expenses to ensure cost-effective spending. The Branch Administrator also plays a major part in the processing and accuracy of our hourly employees’ time processing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ related experience in Construction environment, preferable commercial Construction
  • Experience in processing payroll, PTO and Payroll deductions
  • Knowledge of Certified payroll and Prevailing wage
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving

Responsibilities

  • New hire paperwork and processing of employees
  • Processing of payroll, PTO, and payroll deductions
  • Strong knowledge of Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage
  • Process expense reimbursements
  • Coding and reconciliation for the branch of the company credit cards
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
