About The Position

Advanced Mulch, a Benchmark Company, is seeking a skilled Branch Administrator to support our regional landscape mulch installation operations. We are a dynamic, focused and driven team looking to welcome a new addition that fits our branch needs. This is not a remote opportunity. The position would be approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. The field team works on weekends depending on scheduled projects.

Requirements

  • Professional, great communicator.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in logistics, landscaping, or other fast-paced service-based settings.
  • Resourceful, reliable, punctual, present, at work, during scheduled days unless planned time off has been approved.
  • Solutions-driven character trait.

Responsibilities

  • Support and work in conjunction with our Human Resources team.
  • Support leadership in all divisions with administrative tasks, inventory, procurement.
  • Field leadership's right hand.
  • Experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling fleet and crews.
  • Ability to balance customer expectations with operational capabilities to maintain service quality.
  • Support cross-market operations by assisting with planning and coordination daily.
  • Collaboration with teams out of the region via virtual meetings, phone calls and written communication combined.
