About The Position

Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate to operate a Brake Press machine. This position is hourly, and the rate is based on experience. The role involves setting up the machine, editing CNC programs, problem-solving, performing quality checks, and ensuring conformance to specifications. Requirements

Must be able to Setup Brake Press machine by selecting correct tooling and editing CNC programs to blueprint specs
Must be able to problem solve programs as needed
Must be able to read complex blue prints and follow work instructions
Must be able to perform quality checks on parts
Must be familiar with basic safety operations on the Brake Press
Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings

Nice To Haves

Trumpf air bending experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Setup Brake Press machine by selecting correct tooling and editing CNC programs to blueprint specs
Problem solve programs as needed
Perform quality checks on parts
Produce multiple quality bends on a single part efficiently
Ensure conformance to specifications
Measure and mark work pieces using calipers, micrometer or other gauges
Operate forklifts and use them in conveying work materials
Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth work operations
Maintain safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment
Organize and clean equipment on a regular basis
