About The Position

Gemini Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in Southeast Austin, is seeking enthusiastic team players to join as Box Truck Delivery Associates. The role involves delivering Amazon packages to customers' doors on time, emphasizing teamwork, reliability, independence, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being on the road, driving safely, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Approximate hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with shifts of 8–10 hours per day available 7 days a week. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs frequently, 70 lbs using material-handling equipment, and up to 300 lbs as part of a delivery team

Nice To Haves

• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather and delivery conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Maintain pace in a physically demanding job
• Get in and out of the vehicle repeatedly throughout the day at various locations
• Be comfortable assembling appliances and furniture
