A state-of-the-art venue with a capacity of up to 2000 hosting over 180 concerts and private events annually. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Understanding of basic computer skills and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter who is able to work under pressure
  • A passion for live events and desire to ensure every customer experience is exceptional!
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Experience with Ticketmaster systems
  • General office and/or cash handling experience
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to manage a diverse and ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person ticket sales using the Ticketmaster computer system
  • Balance and account for credit card receipts from sales transactions
  • Describe venue layouts and seating locations for our customers
  • Organize and distribute "will-call" tickets as needed
  • Maintain exemplary customer service in accordance with Live Nation standards and policies, exercising professionalism and applying problem solving skills when satisfying customer concerns
  • Foster and maintain a positive and team-oriented approach towards colleagues and the company
  • Other duties as assigned
