About The Position

Operate machinery and equipment used in turkey product processing lines. Follow all safety rules and company procedures while performing job duties. Ensure only safe, wholesome, and quality products are produced for customers. Perform position-specific duties assigned by the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and work areas. Support production goals and work effectively as part of a team. Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 32–40 degrees.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as twisting, turning, and reaching.
• Ability to wear required PPE including hard hat, hair net, arm muffs, safety glasses, boots, and other protective equipment.
• Ability to work with large groups of people in a team environment.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to complete light maintenance work.
