About The Position

This position is responsible for operating and maintaining the Auto Bagger machine to ensure efficient production flow. The attendant will ensure the machine is operational, perform quality checks, and support daily production needs.

Requirements

• Able to read and write English
• Basic math skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to use a hand jack
• Able to lift, bend, and reach
• Able to work in cold environments
• Able to work independently
• Able to work with changing production needs and schedules

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in packing or production environments
• Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) certified

Responsibilities

• Fill Auto Bagger hoppers with loose bags and timers
• Pull up loose bags if needed
• Ensure bagging station is full and operational
• Switch bags whenever a pallet is switched
• Pull bags when an order changes
• Order bags when necessary
• Turn on all machines and ensure they are operational
• Perform quality checks on product and packaging
• Notify Supervisors and Leads of issues with bags or machines
• Move boxes of bags around the area as needed
• Place correct bags into the machine
• Support daily production needs and production flow
