About The Position
Licking/ Knox Goodwill Industries Inc. has an immediate opening for Production workers! Come be a part of a great team in our Business Services division.
Requirements
- Meet background requirements and pass a drug screening
- Basic math skills required
- Have the physical ability to bend, twist, stoop, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds
- Walking and standing 2 hours at a time is required
- Must be flexible with working hours to accommodate business workload needs
- Ability to run packing machine(s) independently and with minimal to no supervision
- Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet quality control and production standards
- Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks
- Provide quality customer service
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packing machine procedures
- Monitor the machine to ensure continuous smooth operation
- Inspect packaged products for accuracy and quality
- Meet daily production and quality standards
- Report all equipment issues, injuries, safety, and security incidents to supervisor(s)
- Keep work area clean and safe according to company policies and procedures
- Perform all other assigned duties
