Under the supervision of the Director of Hotel Operations, the Bowling Alley Attendant ensures patrons have a smooth and enjoyable bowling experience. The role includes helping customers with lane assignments and shoe rentals, completing other front-of-house tasks, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of bowling equipment and lanes. The attendant also handles cash transactions, operates scoring systems, and may serve refreshments. The work takes place in a hectic, fast-paced, often crowded and noisy casino environment. The employee may be exposed to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and frequent interaction with the public. Final candidates must obtain gaming licensure through a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations before an offer is extended. Checks may include credit and criminal background checks and a drug screen.
