About The Position

The Lobby Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors entering a commercial high-rise building. The role provides a welcoming atmosphere, helps ensure the security and safety of the premises, and delivers exceptional customer service. The position includes greeting and assisting visitors, managing building access, monitoring the lobby, communicating with building stakeholders, and helping keep the lobby clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Guard Card certification.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
• Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Verify identification, issue visitor passes as necessary, maintain a visitor log, and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Collaborate with security personnel to help ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.
• Communicate with team members and departments to support smooth operations.
• Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.
• Keep the lobby clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address issues or concerns.
• Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
