About The Position

We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 16 offices across the Pacific Northwest providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have close relationships with financial advisors and family attorneys which enable us to provide a full array of services to our clients under one roof. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day financial records for a diverse portfolio of business clients, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with multiple clients, building trusted relationships, and providing high-quality financial support that helps businesses thrive.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• A highly motivated and dedicated person
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for multiple clients
• Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Review financial records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping matters
• Collaborate with payroll and tax teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support special projects and additional accounting duties assigned
