Bookkeeping Account Manager
About The Position
The SMB Team is seeking an internal, full-time hire who will serve in a client-facing Account Management role for their Bookkeeping clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and enjoys being in a client-facing role. Requirements
- Experience managing at least 20 accounts at once
- Ability to learn new technology and bookkeeping systems quickly (experience with multiple is a plus!)
- 4+ years experience bookkeeping or accounting experience with a professional service firm (legal bookkeeping experience a strong plus!)
- High level of attention to detail - able to spot needles in haystacks
- Experience with IOLTA and lawyer trust accounting a huge plus

Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact and intermediary for our bookkeeping clients and accounting partner.
- Manage the onboarding and setup for bookkeeping clients and ensure a smooth experience.
- Oversee and facilitate communication to and from clients including answering all questions you can and finding answers quickly on the ones you cannot.
- Develop and maintain a quality assurance system to make sure our clients are receiving accurate books.
- Other duties could include assisting in the sale of this service, handling client matters, and attending events to represent this service to our clients.
