About The Position

Our Family Office team is seeking a Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations at our Kennesaw headquarters. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail—and offers long-term growth in a supportive, modern workplace. This position will begin in-office to support hands-on training and collaboration, with the option to transition to a hybrid/remote schedule after 90 days, based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly motivated with strong follow-through
  • Excellent analytical skills and sharp attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer/client-focused mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Confirming wire instructions and following up on pending wires
  • Depositing checks and processing payments on a daily basis
  • Preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Pulling monthly auto-pay invoices and recording them in accounting software
  • Recording daily deposits and payments with precision
  • Scanning accounts payable and other important financial documents
  • Coordinating FedEx overnight payments
  • Setting up and canceling utilities for rental properties
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
