Part-Time Bookkeeper (AP Focus)
About The Position
ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Irvine, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea, OnDemandChina, OnDemandViet, and Amasian TV. It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to handle accounts payable processing. This is a task-focused role ideal for someone who wants stable part-time hours with a consistent daily schedule.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
- Familiarity with any ERP or accounting software (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Bilingual in Korean preferred
Responsibilities
- Process vendor bills and invoices in NetSuite daily
- Obtain necessary approvals
- Maintain vendor records and W-9 files
- Assist with payment runs
- File and organize AP documentation
- Ad hoc data entry as needed
