Part-Time Bookkeeper (AP Focus)
About The Position
ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Irvine, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea , OnDemandChina , OnDemandViet , and Amasian TV . It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to handle accounts payable processing. This is a task-focused role ideal for someone who wants stable part-time hours with a consistent daily schedule.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
- Familiarity with any ERP or accounting software (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Bilingual in Korean preferred
Responsibilities
- Process vendor bills and invoices in NetSuite daily
- Obtain necessary approvals
- Maintain vendor records and W-9 files
- Assist with payment runs
- File and organize AP documentation
- Ad hoc data entry as needed
