We’re hiring a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to support a growing residential construction company in the Boston area. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing both bookkeeping and day-to-day office operations. We’re looking for someone who can keep the office running smoothly while also maintaining accurate financial records, vendor documentation, invoices, and project-related paperwork. The right candidate will be comfortable working closely with ownership, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients in a fast-paced construction environment.
