About The Position
The Body Shop Technician repairs vehicles according to established standards and procedures, delivering high-quality repairs while maintaining customer satisfaction. The technician is expected to produce quality results on time and efficiently. The role may include additional duties beyond those listed, as needed to meet business and organizational needs.
Requirements
- Professional and dependable.
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
- Polishing experience required.
- Ideal candidates have some post-secondary automotive training and at least two years of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
- Strong technical and customer service performance record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a collision repair or body shop.
- Certification or designation in automotive repair.
Responsibilities
- Repairs and restores vehicles as assigned.
- Maintains vehicle cleanliness while performing service or repairs.
- Keeps work areas clean and properly stores equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Follows safety policies and procedures.
- Reads work orders.
- Assists with coordinating needed parts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
