About The Position

Billion Automotive is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist for its collision center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The position is fast-paced and serves as a customer-facing role. The company seeks someone with a successful work history that includes customer service or reception. Pay depends on experience.

Requirements

• Three to five years of customer service experience.
• Multi-line phone experience and the ability to multitask.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of accounting functions; experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Generate repair orders and audit them for accuracy.
• Accept payments from guests.
• Update customers on the progress of their vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
