About The Position
Billion Automotive is seeking a Body Shop Buffer for its Collision Center team. This role ensures the quality appearance of repaired and refinished panels after paint application by using finishing abrasives, buffing equipment, and compounds to refine panel finish texture. The position is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and is full-time.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- 1–3 years of experience in a collision center or body shop.
Responsibilities
- Inspect refinished body panels for proper color match and bring any issues to management’s attention.
- Prepare surfaces for buffing.
- Restore refinished panels using a rotary buffer, appropriate buffing technique, compounds, and polishes.
- Inspect remaining vehicle surfaces for overspray and remove it as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
