About The Position

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Body Shop department. Solicits outside body & paint work to coincide with the numerous internally generated paint jobs that currently exist. Passes technical and internal information to technicians and ensures clear storage of information. Ensures staff is trained to support all customer needs. Enforces company policy regarding work in progress. Keeps up to date with technical information and informs relevant stakeholders of any personnel requirements. This role requires English proficiency. Federal, state, and local requirements, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, require training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications be conducted in English.

Requirements

  • High School degree or Equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Financial P&L knowledge
  • Dedicated team player
  • English proficiency
