Large Independent or Franchised Dealer Body Shop Management experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of the auto body shop operations.
Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to ensure adequate sales volume.
Achieve department operating profit and maintain customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses.
Direct the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, ensuring adherence to time schedules, productivity levels, and quality standards.
Monitor the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop.
Understand, stay informed about, and comply with all state, federal, and local regulations affecting body shop operations.
Communicate effectively with strong leadership and management skills.
