Automotive Body Shop Manager Anderson Buick/GMC of Abingdon is seeking a motivated Body-shop assistant manager to grow and take our department to the next level. Previous Body-shop management experience is not needed, but estimating/writing experience is required. We do require all candidates to be highly motivated and full of great ideas. Requirements

• Estimating/writing experience is required.
• Highly motivated and full of great ideas.
• Strong Leadership & Managerial skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Exceptional organizations & problem-solving skills.
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Body-shop management experience is not needed

Responsibilities

• Oversees Abingdon Body-shop under the collision director.
• Provide estimates on repairs
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Complete supplements, update customers, QC vehicles when repairs are done.
