- Large Independent or Franchised Dealer Body Shop Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of auto body shop operations.
- Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to ensure adequate sales volume.
- Achieve department operating profit, maintain customer satisfaction standards, and control expenses.
- Direct body shop employees in performing body repairs, meeting time schedules, productivity levels, and quality standards.
- Monitor the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop.
- Understand, stay informed about, and comply with all state, federal, and local regulations affecting body shop operations.
- Utilize excellent communication, strong leadership, and management skills.
