What You’ll Own
As the Body Shop Manager, you will take full ownership of the operation, leading both the business and the people behind it:
Drive financial performance by developing budgets, analyzing results, and implementing profit-focused strategies
Lead daily operations including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource planning
Build and develop a high-performing team by hiring, mentoring, and supporting staff
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality to ensure top-tier workmanship
Oversee estimates, invoicing, and insurance claims with accuracy and accountability
Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and insurance partners
Identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and increase overall shop performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership
What You Bring
Red Seal Certification as a Body Shop Technician
7+ years of experience in the heavy-duty truck body shop industry
Proven success leading teams in a body shop or service environment
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of estimating, repair processes, and insurance workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems

• Red Seal Certification as a Body Shop Technician
• 7+ years of experience in the heavy-duty truck body shop industry
• Proven success leading teams in a body shop or service environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency
