About The Position

ABRA Auto Body and Glass is looking to fill a key position in our organization as an Estimator. The Body Shop Estimator helps write accurate repair estimates, track vehicles throughout the production process, and keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s status. A genuine desire to service the customer and a positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.

Requirements

Must be able to be covered by the dealership automobile insurance.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Ability to understand mathematical concepts related to pricing and other calculations.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills must speak and write English fluently.
Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Nice To Haves

The employee be 18 or over in order.
6 months previous office experience.
Spanish fluency is optional but beneficial.

Responsibilities

Effectively write collision repair estimates in CCC one estimating system adhering to insurance guidelines.
Handle incoming phone calls from customers and vendors and route to the appropriate department or employees.
Working with the team to maintain high customer service scores.
Properly represent the body shop to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner.
Assist with tendering cash and credit transactions and must do so accurately.
Files all documents as required and consistent with established filing procedures.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
All other duties as assigned.
