About The Position

Priority Ford Norfolk is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to help customers understand and resolve vehicle repair needs. The Estimator inspects vehicles, estimates repairs, and serves as the communication link between customers and technicians. The role also involves responding to incoming calls and preparing accurate repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP and the Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems.

This performance-driven position has potential annual earnings of $60,000–$85,000 and may include short- and/or long-term incentives. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, with final compensation determined during the interview process. Requirements

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Typing and basic computer skills to enter repair orders.
• Mathematical skills to calculate service costs and count change.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Identify, confirm, and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and estimate repair needs for customers.
• Serve as the communication link between customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Write accurate repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP.
• Prepare accurate estimates using Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex.
