About The Position
Rowe Ford Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Westbrook, ME. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar automotive repair estimating role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, tools, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers and insurance representatives.
- Familiarity with estimating software and computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to coordinate repairs.
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on claims and authorizations.
- Stay current with the latest repair techniques, automotive materials, and industry standards.
