About The Position
Smart Body Shop of Quad Cities, part of the Gurley Leep Automotive group, is seeking a full-time Body Shop Estimator. This on-site role is for highly motivated individuals and involves preparing detailed repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles. The estimator will also communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2 years collision estimator experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles.
- Communicating effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure timely repair completion and customer satisfaction.
