About The Position
Lakeland Auto Mall is seeking an individual with a positive attitude, ambition to succeed and looking for a career in the Automotive Industry. If you are willing to spend the time training with experienced professionals to become a Body Shop Estimator Assistant, we want to talk to you! A Body Shop Estimator Assistant works closely with our Estimators on repair claims, are the liaison with insurance companies, rental car companies and other vendors. Assistants are responsible for keeping customers updated with repair status and various other office duties.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must be professional, courteous, and efficient when working with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very detail-oriented.
- Professional appearance.
- Must meet company's requirements for employment.
- Highest ethical standards.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
