Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interest in automotive body repair and collision work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled technicians with the repair and refinishing of vehicle body parts.
- Prepare and sand surfaces for painting, apply filler, and mask vehicles before paint application.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety guidelines.
- Help with the removal and replacement of damaged panels, bumpers, and other components.
- Learn to operate body shop equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
- Support team members in daily shop operations and workflow management.
