The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The consultant engages customers, determines their needs, provides necessary information for informed buying decisions, and maintains current product knowledge. They also stay aware of promotions, adhere to selling skills training, and work cooperatively with the Service Department for seamless delivery. Maintaining confidentiality, preparing the showroom, and generating leads in the CRM tool are key responsibilities. Participation in special events like Boat Shows and completing necessary paperwork are also part of the role. The consultant must meet and exceed predetermined individual monthly sales goals, which are based on employment status, hours scheduled, length of employment, and historical sales. Achieving company sales goals monthly is required. Maintaining a clean and professional work area and following all Company Policies and Procedures are essential.
