The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The consultant engages customers, determines their needs, provides information for informed buying decisions, and maintains current product knowledge. They stay aware of advertised items, pricing, and promotions, and adhere to selling skills training. Collaboration with the Service Department ensures seamless delivery. The role involves maintaining showroom presentation, generating and managing leads in a CRM tool, participating in special events, and accurately completing paperwork. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals is required, based on employment status, hours, and tenure. Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to company policies are also key responsibilities.
