Board Certified Disability Peer Physician Reviewer - Hematology/Oncology
About The Position
Dane Street is seeking Board Certified Physicians to join our Disability Peer Review team. This is a telework opportunity where physicians evaluate and review disability claims from home. Our independent physician panel consists of contract reviewers (1099) who benefit from flexible scheduling, allowing them to balance work with their lifestyle. This role involves providing advisory-only opinions, as no doctor/patient relationship is established and no treatment is provided. The typical turnaround time (TAT) for reviews is 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity. Dane Street manages all administrative tasks, including communication, organizing medical records, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of reports. Initial and ongoing training is provided, along with a dedicated point of contact for any questions.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Current, unrestricted medical license
