Board Certified Disability Peer Physician Reviewer - Endocrinology
About The Position
Dane Street is seeking Board Certified Physicians to join their Disability Peer Review team. This is a telework opportunity where physicians will evaluate and review disability claims from home. The role is for an independent physician panel of contract reviewers (1099) who benefit from flexible scheduling, allowing them to balance work with their lifestyle. No doctor/patient relationship is established, and no treatment is provided; these are advisory-only opinions. The typical turnaround time (TAT) is 3-5 business days, depending on the review level. Dane Street manages all administrative tasks, including case flow, medical record organization, and communication, allowing physicians to focus on clinical decision-making. Initial and ongoing training is provided, along with a dedicated point of contact for questions.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Endocrinology
- Current, unrestricted medical license
