About The Position

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst – BCBA to work with young adults and adults in the CBDS (Community Based Day Supports) program and our shared living and outreach program. These individuals will have mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and some behavioral difficulties. Now offering a $3,000 sign on bonus!

Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• BCBA Certification
• Licensed in the State of Massachusetts
• Reliable, registered & insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
• Approved driving record check
• Approved criminal background check (CORI)

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and behavior analytic services for the CBDS program and shared living and outreach program.
• Provides relevant training to management and staff.
• Implements the principles of Positive Behavior Supports for the division.
• Develops Positive Behavioral Support Plans, Medication Treatment Plans, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Behavior Support Plans.
• Compiles and analyzes data.
• Guides and supports the management team regarding the clinical and behavioral needs of persons served.
• Participates in the Individual Support Plan team for individuals with behavior and clinical needs.
• Assists with data collection to facilitate the medication management process.
• Supervises and supports RBT Staff.
