Requirements

Master’s in ABA, Special Education, or related field
Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
Valid BCBA certification & COBA license
Clear BCI/FBI background check and current TB test (within 12 months)
Reliable transportation and minimum 25/50k auto insurance coverage

Responsibilities

Supporting students/clients 1:1 across school, clinic, and/or home settings
Provide high-quality supervision using in-the-moment coaching and BST to build staff confidence and clinical skill
Maintaining clear, detailed records and updating strategies as needed
Design and oversee individualized, assent-based treatment plans that prioritize engagement, dignity, and meaningful progress
Create a positive therapy environment where clients are happy, relaxed, and motivated to learn
Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture where staff feel respected, empowered, and effective
Partner with families in a strengths-based, practical way that supports real-life success beyond sessions
Use data and clinical judgment to make thoughtful, responsive programming decisions (not just meet metrics)
Contribute to clinic growth, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement
