About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Hamilton clinic. This role is designed to provide support and reduce administrative burdens, allowing BCBAs to focus on clinical work and supervision. The clinic is a growing, clinically strong team with a positive culture where staff feel valued and supported by leadership. The position emphasizes client care and meaningful clinical outcomes with manageable caseloads.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to clients.
• Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
• Utilize provided tools, templates, and systems to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
• Manage a high-quality, manageable caseload.
• Collaborate with a team-oriented mindset.
