About The Position

The role emphasizes real clinical support, with a dedicated BCBA supervisor for every BCBA, an engaged Clinical Director, and a collaborative team culture. A BT Liaison handles scheduling and communication, allowing the BCBA to focus on clients and supervision. The company provides QA Systems & Goal Banks with tools, templates, and systems to reduce busywork and streamline planning. Caseloads are manageable and high-quality, enabling a focus on meaningful clinical outcomes. There are clear pathways for growth into Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles. Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
