About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Alexandria clinic. This role offers a supportive environment where expertise is valued and administrative burdens are minimized. The position is fully center-based, meaning all sessions occur within the professional Alexandria clinic, eliminating the need for home visits or travel between locations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data.
• Collaborate with a clinical team.
• Focus on clients and supervision.
• Manage a manageable, high-quality caseload.
• Pursue clinical outcomes.
